Yet another day I claimed I wouldn’t be going to the store, but the coupons were calling my name! I was helping my friend with a couple things she was thinking about couponing and I got the itch.

I started printing out my own coupons for those items. Some I had printed days earlier when I saw the coupon had reset. I still have options to print from my other computers and do multiple transactions. But I am trying really hard to NOT do that.

I needed a loaf of bread, peanuts and a gallon of milk….then there’s the freebie from Savingstar today…Right there was pretty much all I needed for filler! So if I have a bunch of filler, I might as well get those coupons out! I used all printables today.

I was able to get:

  • 4 boxes of Eggo waffles
  • 6 Pillsbury Melts Cookies
  • 1 Velveeta singles cup
  • 1 Piggly Wiggly milk
  • 1 Fisher Peanuts
  • 1 loaf Piggly Wiggly bread

Spent $10.28

Saved $32.58!

Also, I will be getting $0.99 deposited to my account from Savingstar and iBotta will be depositing $0.25.

I could have made my numbers look better and leave out the peanuts. That would have dropped my out of pocket cost to $7.79, but I need the peanuts for a recipe and am showing you my real transaction. Even better would have been to have one of the Fisher Nut coupons, but I used all mine up a while ago. I LOVE Fisher Peanuts! They are better than Planters by far!
